Why would anyone have slurry in a tank waiting to be spread this day of the year, especially considering the good weather we have had this year.
Very little value to be got from slurry spread when the growing season is over.

mostly water here - have the roof water tank water overflow diverted to slurry tank - would hardly see it on the ground!

dairy farmers are in a situation where slurry has to be collected from dairy cows who come into collecting yards all year round
