facebook-can,t cancel friend request tried now annoyed

    has came up 50 times i still can,t cancel i really don,t want this person.i added him in mistake.
    has any else this problem will it get fixed

    i added him twice it just wonn,t go away

    please help me.

    If you can't cancel it - then if they accept just delete them as a friend, or try blocking them before they accept.

    what a serious problem you have there.
    Nobody replied because nobody cares.
    how can you add someone as a friend by mistake anyway? sounds ro me like you were stalking.

    it was actual a girl i added twice in accident i still can,t delete her she there a month.
    she won,t delete me or add me. just left me hanging she adds all the men no problem.

    Then just leave it, if she doesn't accept then you don't have to be friends with her, if she does accept you then you can delete her. I really really wouldn't worry about it.

    i send her message she won,t delete me and she won,t add me.i can,t contact facebook with problem she has been on line twice now she hasn,t bother ass

    please help me

    Ok you added him and he won't accept, and you're also saying you've asked a girl to delete you but she's not responding.

    So have you asked both a guy & a girl to be your friend and now want to take it back or what?

    Either way if it won't let you cancel the friend request you'll just have to forget about it and IF they add you, delete them, or email facebook help http://www.facebook.com/help/ have a look here and see.

    Actually, seeing as facebook delete's profiles with some(arbitrary) number more than a hand-full of idle sent requests this could be a legitimate problem for certain users. From what I have seen people consistently get this message with the same users continually but are able to cancel other out-sent friend requests.(leading me to believe that this may sometimes be caused by trying to cancel a request that was sent to a profile that has(since) itself been deleted)

    I read somewhere that adding said user to your blocked list in privacy settings will remove the pending request, but I have unblocked someone to test this and did not find it to be the case(be careful you cannot re-block someone for 48 hours). However while the user is blocked it does seem as though the request is not detected on the system.
    Best solution I have yet seen, good luck.
