I found this video to be deeply moving. This is for anyone who is at their lowest point and can't see any hope, know that there are people who care about you and know that things will get better. Stay strong.

Watched this lastnight. For one it's truly inspirational, 2 somewhat tragic and 3 a real eye opener and wake up call to the accepted gay and non gay world.

I'm considering using the "It gets better" campaign at work citing application to the general population. I think the restriction at the moment is leaving a lot of people out.

Great campaign. I think "It gets better" should be a slogan across the board for ALL teenagers regardless of sexual orientation/preference. Schools should be pushing equality as much as youth centres do, as part of their policy. Any youth centre I've worked in, both in Ireland and across Europe, youth workers question and address name-calling and negative behaviors, something that is rarely dealt with properly in schools.

    What restriction?

    What restriction?

All of the videos that I've seen specifically mention LGBT issues. I don't see it as a necessity that this be the single target audience.

As a teen with 'christian' parents who i am afraid will hate me for who i am, i have to say this video has inspired me to accept who i am and stand up for myself.

it's so horrible to think my parents and friends will reject me even thought i have not done anything, all because of 1 or 2 bible quotes. i honestly was suicidal but this guy has made me realise i have to make things better for others. killing myself would just let the religious haters win.

thank you for posting this video. it carrys such an important message for all young people living with any trouble. i myself had a hard time back in my teens, back then i thought this was it, i had dark thoughts. but now i can clearly see how things got better. and im glad i was strong. i just hope this video is seen by as many young people who need to be reassured that things will be better to help giv them strength..
