Im guessing you are about to start a course then?

Once you start your course give the social welfare a call (prob better to pop in considering they arent answering their phones these days!) and tell them youve already started and they will tell you if you need to bring in more info or when you will be switched over from JSB/JSA to BTEA.....

I was told that I'm not eligible for a BTEA funding because I have an arts degree from 2005. The arts degree is pretty useless in this economic climate and I was hoping to update my skills.

Is there any way (and any point) to appeal this decision? Thanks.
