Golf Buddy

    I currently have a golf buddy pro and find it very helpful. I have been looking at the new golf buddy world platinium and they look very good.

    Has anyone had any experience with the new golf buddy? If so, would you recommend it as i will be in the US next week and its much cheaper to buy over there.

    Due to the lack of courses currently map in Ireland for the fly over and full course mapping etc, this product is still the same product as the earlier model. I've been watching the course mapping on there site for the last 6 weeks and no course have been re-map for this product in that time. I was told my a sales rep that they were updating them weekly, so someone is telling tales.

    I would wait until the New Year if you could as the price will fall and hopefully we will see more course added, if not I would stick with the current model.

    Hi folks
    I just update my golf buddy world platinum and now the thing wont work . It switches on and just when you you think the little blue line at the bottom is going to go all the way it freezes about 7/8ths of the way and wont go any further. Can anyone help /

    they are brilliant when they work !!!!
