Am I entitled to anything?

I have recently gone back to education following full time work for 2 years. However I've done a degree before, and this course is 2 levels below the degree. The course is 18 hours a week, and I am only getting 10 or so hours in work(had been promised more but it's not happening). So I'm having to live on less than 100euro a week including rent of 60!
I'm 23 and have been paying prsi since the age of 16.
I was just wondering if I am entitled to any welfare?

Full-time education (I assume) therefore you're not entitled to jobseekers.
You were in employment therefore you're not entitled to BTEA. Also not entitled because you already have a degree.

The only thing you may have been eligible for was a grant. You wouldn't be entitled to social welfare.

No they said the course was 18 hours a week.
OP I think you may be entitled to Part time Education which means you can do your course and still hold onto your benefits. But if you are offered a job you must give up your course.
Not sure how many hours you can do but have a chat with them anyway. You must fill in the same form as the BTEA form. It doesnt matter that you are doing something that's below your degree.

That can be full-time. It depends on the hours. If the 18 hours are scattered over 5 days between the hours 9-5 it's a full-time course and they would prevent the op from taking up a full-time job.
