I'm after selling my BMW because it was killing me on the petrol and tax, but now I'm looking for a new car.

I was looking at maybe a 00 VW Golf, do they run well on the petrol and are they a good reliable car.

I am looking for a nice looking car, with 4 doors, I do a lot of travelling and camping, so it needs to be trustworthy. I have 2000-3000 to spend.

    What do you think???

1.4 Golf, Corolla, Focus! Can't go wrong for running costs or reliability!
