    Ive heard a fe girls in the office going on about these and yes i know its the lazy way out and in the long run wont be beneifical but just wondering if anyone out there has actually tried these?

    I dont think this thread will be left open very long by the moderators but purely because there is no one with any experience in LONG TERM weight loss going to even chat about these type of pills.

    Im not being a smartass but by taking these you arent actually taking the easy way out at all, as nothing changes mentally which is all where proper weight loss is at.

    Please reconsider taking these and read the sticky topics on the top of the forum
