Trailer lights - not lightboard!

    Hi folks,

Well, the ould lad has managed to destroy the built in cable for the onboard trailer lights - again :D . Since light boards are universally crap I am wondering what else is out there? Just in case of emergency, or if we're say at the mart and discover he's done it for a third time :D Something that we can stick in the car and will work :)

    Oh it's a sheep trailer, 8 x 4.5 feet I think.

    ATB,

    John

    A set of magnetic lights?

aye magnetic lights are great for that sort of thing, assuming there's some steel to mount them on.

What's he doing to the cable? driving off with the lights still hooked up?

if so fit a 7 pin socket on the front of the trailer and then use a cable with plugs on each end to bridge between the jeep and trailer, then you just need to replace that length of cable in case of damage.
