    *MAIN TRAFFIC* * Traffic is down to one lane outbound on the N7 Naas Rd on the overpass at J9 Red Cow due to an overturned truck. The truck has also shed it's load onto the M50 southbound below and traffic is down to one lane. Motorists can get by but with extreme care and delays are now building from after J7 Lucan to J9 Red Cow. Gardai are advising motorists to take an alternative route and drive with extreme care. * Lights remain out of action on the Ballymun Rd (R108) at the junction with DCU and Saint Michaels House. This is as a result of a power failure in the area. Take care on approach. * There are no major delays in Dublin City at this stage.
