The minister for labour affairs claims the unemployment figures are stabilizing.Mininter Calleary obviously includes immigration as a type of employment.Massage the figures and you will always find fools who believe everything they hear and read.I am amazed to hear people still praise this useless government. With their friends in the media, they might even sneak back in for another term and then others can justifiably mock the "thick" Irish.

They say that every month, eventually they will be right, a clock is right on 12 twice a day and all that ;)

You are correct that it is a foolish man who believes everything he hears. However, it is equally as foolish to dismiss everything as false without the information to do so.

Unemployment will stabilise sooner or later. The sharp spikes during the summer could be explained by students leaving school and college and even in the book, unemployment always rose in those months. At this point in time, it's not possible to say for certain what will happen tomorrow.

Hope for the best and don't spend all your time worrying about something you can't change.
