government has no confidence in the HSE

    If the HSE is performing properly, why then do they all have private health insurance.

    All the extra cutbacks wont effect them in the slightest, its only numbers on paper to them.

    they should have to live and suffer with the decisions that they make

    Cutbacks never affect the Government only the minions. Have you never read Orwell's Animal Farm? It's all explained there.

    The time for change has been here for a while now but obviously not enough of the ordinary people care enough or are yet suffering enough to stand up and do something. It looks like it will take a very radical budget to make massive cuts in Social Welfare and increase tax before people will be spurred into action. Sad but true.
