Doesn't really mean anything unless you get it every time you try to run the 'phone' app. Just make sure that you can receive a phone-call after you switch it on. If you can't, just run the phone app, then try again. If it works, don't worry about it, and just don't turn your phone off at all if it bothers you

As in the warning stays on screen for a minute? Does it have a button with "Force Close" on it? What happens when you press it?

That's just the dialer, what you launch when you want to make a call.

Except sometimes you want to have the radio off. There's no real advantage to turning off your phone (just use airplane mode)

Weird one, probably something to do with the attempt to connect to the network. Try taking your sim card out and putting it back in. But the most likely way to fix it is a complete wipe and reset to factory, probably not worth it

    Its a bug,

    Is the device rooted?

Are you running a custom ROM?

Try a soft reset - press volume up key and power button together for 5 secs. It will turn off and on automatically.

If that doesn't work try a Master Reset (You will lose all your data)

    1. Turn off the phone.
    2. Hold the Volume Down button
    3. Press and release the Power button
    4. Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
    5. Press and release the Power button
    6. Press Volume Up to confirm master reset

Nope, this is a complete wipe, you lose all apps, settings, data, everything (although your SD card won't be touched). On my phone, it's "Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset"
