Meteor sim been switched off, can it be re activated?

I have a meteor phone i use for friends/relatives when they visit from abroad, It seems to have been de activated as it hasnt been used since last winter, can it be re activated so i can use it again?

usually after 6/12 mths they're suspended and shortly after recycled. ring meteor and they'll tell you. you'll probably be as well off getting a free sim in a store.
