Hi

my seagate free agent is acting very strange can't access my data from it. The computer sees it as a usb device but my computer can't see it.

I have tried to access it on another computer but get the same problem.

I have ran diagnostics using Seatools it passes the self test but fails the short and long generic tests.

Is there any way to recover my data?
