quick question on filing

Very quick question ladies and gentlemen. Partnership set up in July of this year (filed with CRO). Directors have other jobs ( normal day to day jobs) and set this up on the side. It is a cash business Not yet registered for VAT. Business bank accounts set up set up costs where around €6K and around €1.5K in stock. Total…

Very quick question ladies and gentlemen.

It is a cash business

Not yet registered for VAT.

Business bank accounts set up

set up costs where around €6K and around €1.5K in stock. Total sales so far around the same.

Is there a need to file anything this year?
