absolutley , farmers should be refunded , progresive genetics were all but swearing an oath that a ratio of 55% heifers would be the outcome , this semen cost six quid per straw extra

"Some farmers are going to be disappointed [with these results] but they can't claim we've affected their levels of fertility," said Mr Eivers.

what the hell?? was oliver right ??(here)

so i presume under a law e.g. the sale of goods and supply of services act that the product was not fit for purpose, but the ncbc ceo is saying the above?? Youd have some job to get money id say, dna etc etc

If you paid E6 extra for a bias towards extra females and were effectively sold normal semen then yes you are entitled to a refund. I used a fair bit of that semen this year and i will be damned p****d off if the bulls i used were some of those affected. I think i will be going to millstreet on saturday to have a chat with mr eivers. I paid extra for a female bias not to help NCBC to post 500k extra profit for nothing

If you didn't get what was advertised and it was because of their mistake then you should definitely be entitled to a refund of the 6 euro at least.
