My name is Shane and I run The Homebrew Company. We run a small 4-6 hour all grain brewing demonstartion every 6-8 weeks at our shop premises in Mountmellick Co. Laois. We do not profit on the course. We charge 10 euro which covers food and we have some homebrews as well as a comercial example of something to our theme on the day. The numbers are limited to 20.
