Installing a new stereo into a VWGOlf mk4?

    Hi all,

I'm not entirely sure that I am posting this in the right forum so forgive me if I've made a mistake.

I recently bought a new stereo from Aldi (big spender, I know) and wanted to install it in my 2002 VW Golf. However, not all the connectors at the back of the new unit match the wires in my car. From what I can see I need RCA wires to connect to the new stereo.

Anyone know if I can simply get an adapter for this or if I'm left with useless new stereo?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Any motor factors should have the adaptor. Failing that, Halfords do them.

I got a set recently in Tallaght Autoparts for a tenner, they were in Halfords for 20.
