Moved to the Virus & Malware Removal forum.

Can you try running the tools as outlined in this thread and see what happens?

I think that the things that catches most people out with Smart Security is the Windows hosts file infection which remains even after the virus has been apparently removed. Programs like Malwarebytes miss this hosts file infection and so even after everything has been cleaned, the computer still misbehaves. Smart Security also modifies the permissions on the host file which makes it very difficult to delete or change it.

Full instructions for removing the Smart Security virus are here. Follow them to the letter and don't forget the hosts file bit.

You need to run antis-pyware program or you can delete it by using removal guide. Follow instructions step-by-step and you'll be able to get rid of this scam. You can also read a short article about it here.
