Irish Gift

I am looking for ideas for a gift to give that is distinctively Irish...
It is a gift been given to people who will be visiting the country to present a weekend course and we are looking for a "thanks" type gift (it is quite an important event). I had thought of a bottle of Irish Whiskey... Our budget is a maximum of about €100 per person. What I don't want though is the typical piece of crystal as these people travel around the world for such events and get "typical" gifts all the time. I would like something Irish but also unique/usable!!

    Any suggestions?
