You have the Display Sig option turned off. To change it go into your UserCP (top left corner, below the Boards logo). On the left hand side of the screen under Settings & Options, click on Edit Options. Scroll down to the 3rd box, Thread Display Options, where you'll see check boxes for showing sigs, avatars and images. Check whichever you want to display and scroll to the bottom of the screen. Click on the Save Changes button and you're done.
