I am going at the end of November and based on what I have researched, it should be pleasant (~23-24C).

If you have not booked yet, the further try to go to Playa Blanda or Puerto del Carmen rather than Costa Teguise as they are less likely to get some rain.

yes, quite windy and overcast most of the time, we had just arrived from gran canaria too which had blue skies and sun the whole time we were there
