It's being happening for about the last year. It can happen at any time of the day or night.
I do go to the toilet so it's not that. The thing is I do have bad nightmare due to me being bullied and it happens when I have them. It also happens when I get stressed during the day mainly because of the bullying! So what is wrong with me?

Go straight to your GP and chat it through with them. It sounds like it may be a psychological or stress issue rather than physical but it's a very good idea to get yourself checked out medically, as urinary tract infections, urethral valve problems, small bladder etc. can be at play. Then you can pursue any emotional help that you might need to overcome this problem. Apparently 2% of adults struggle with bed-wetting so you're not alone and your doctor will certainly have heard of this.

    I don't think it's a physical issue

Straight to the GP and probably get a referral

I would advise you to visit your GP to establish the true cause of your bedwetting.
Whether they say it is due to psychological or physical reasons I would strongly advise you to go to your chemist and ask for some plastic pants and a rubber mattress sheet. Ideal for bedwetters of all ages.
They are unisex and come in all sizes.
Saves on wet, stained bed clothing and your mattress.
