    Hello all,

I've just arrived home after missing a bus which was scheduled for leaving at 5pm and was gone atleast 3 minutes before 5, I know you should arrive early but due to traffic I was delayed and when I finally got there it was gone.

I bought the ticket online meaning I can't use if tomorrow as it's dated for today, should I go ahead and buy another ticket, can I get a refund and how?

    Thanks

what company, get on to their website and check the terms and conditions of the ticket. I doubt it though, not their fault you missed it and as far as they are concerned they may have left on time according to drivers watch / bus's clock

just tell them you were there on time and the bus had departed early and you want a refund as they failed to provide the bus at the time stated in their timetable
