Second Hand Netbook for 100 euros?

    Can anyone recommend where to get a second hand netbook (or even a laptop) for 100 euros?
    Just needs to work/last a year, have 4 hours battery life and probably have 1GB of ram.
    To be used for browsing, watching avi's and music.
    No games or photoshop etc

    Not a chance you'll get a laptop for €100 in which the battery will last 4 hours. A replacement battery that would last that long for most laptops would cost at least half that.

    Best to up the budget and think agian

    Just do an ebay search for IBM/Lenovo X32, X40, X60. These are all great 12" laptops that were designed for business use so are really bullet proof and even 2nd hand they have a great battery life. I have recently bought 3 X60/X60S for various members of my family for4 college use.
    There was someone down Cork way selling refurbs on ebay.ie.

    samsung nc10 is a very well regarded netbook with long battery life
    one for sale on ebay here

    you could probably research other long battery life netbooks and pick one up on ebay I would imagine
