    1. Get like minded people. set up a committee
    2. Get land (or maybe this is 1)
    3. If you want to go the NARGC route contact the regional game council to become affiliated.
    4. Off the top of my head you need a club to propose you and second you then its a vote so do some canavassing.

Its been a while , but i'll try and remember the steps. If i miss one someone remind me.
    1. Get a meeting of like minded lads from the area (you define how far out you will accept members from), and see who would be interested. Get a list of potential members and have this kept by for later on. You will need it.
    2. Have 3 lads that can go around the locality and seek permissions from the land owners to use their land. Its best if these lads are local and have a good mannerism and good relationship with the land owners. Explain what you intend to do and if successful the members will have full insurance. Its surprising how much land you can get when the land owner knows the lads shooting it will have insurance.
    3. Once you have the land you then need to define your intended clubs boundaries. An ordanance survey type map with the club lands clearly defined is a good idea.
    4. As Pedroeibar mentioned a club constitution is also needed. You then contact the NARGC and request the necessary documentation to apply for membership/affiliation to the NARGC. You will need to be proposed by one club and seconded by another. in this outline your club fees, insurance costs and all other related information.
    5. You may/will also need signed letters from any surrounding clubs stating they recognise your clubs lands and boundaries. We had issues with this, but thats another story for another day.
    6. Once you have all your paperwork you submit it to the NARGC and they will pass it on to the regional NARGC officer who will at the next AGM of the areas/regions clubs bring the motion for membership up and vote on it.
    7. You will also need a bank account in the clubs name and have a minimum of 2 trustees to sign for any monies in or out of the account. It could be 3, and i think it best that 3 are responsible. Make sure you have a chairman, secretary, treasurer, safety officer, game officer all nominated. You will need these both at the AGM and for the club charter.
    8. Once everything is set up and your position at the AGm has been ratified you pay the insurance fees to the NARGC, the rest of the money goes into the club account. You receive your NARGC cards, a few weeks later.
    9. Then you hold a club AGM where you provide the members with their cards, insurance details, maps of the lands you have permission for, etc. Then you vote (if not already done so) on positions such as safety officer, etc. Then go through the club charter detailing game to be shot, when , how much per day/week/season, etc. Take any questions and answer them.
    10. Also make sure you have contact details for all members. Supply a copy of these to the land owners. If they see a new face on their land and approach the person all they have to do later is compare the name to those on their list to see if they are a member.
I think thats everything. Some may not be in the right order, but you get the idea. As said earlier if i've forgotten anything place feel free add it.
