    Since 2003 selling alcohol at a reduced price for a small period of time was banned - ie, eliminating happy hour. Since everyone else in the country is protesting about something, I feel that binge drinkers need to organise themselves and protest against this national indignity. Your thoughts will be welcomed.

    I thought they'd got around the ban by having happy days. What's to complain about cheap beer all day.
