Are you setting up a company?

If not you would not be getting a salary, but you would be taking drawings. In which case you may just need to prepare annual accounts and an annual tax return. You would also most likely need to prepare VAT returns.

If you do have a company then there's a lot more work involved than what you've outlined above.
