I wear Mac full coverage going out and use revlon colorstay during the day but its to messy without a pump and ive just finished a bottle so im not rebuying it. I want to just use my full coverage for day but its to dark cause i wear tan going out. so i wan to mix it with something to make it lighter. i've tried it with the lighter eye primer out of the lauren luke palette and it works out but it wont last cause its a tiny little pan. Any suggestions on what to mix it with to lighten it down? :)

Mac do a white foundation that can be used to tone down darker foundation.

Barry M do one too, but not sure if it's easily found in Ireland.

You could try something like this: http://www.stargazer-products.com/details/?id=5&sub_id=56&product_id=44&style_id=

Mixing with a small blob suncream is also supposed to work as the suncream's components are naturally whitening, like zinc oxide.

I heard somewhere that Revlon are repackaging Colourstay foundation to include a pump, I guess they had a lot of complaints! I've used that Stargazer foundation before and thought it was awful, a big blotchy crappy mess. :|

Why not mix it with a moisturiser to lighten it, or a shimmer-style highlighter, like Highbeam?

i hope they do put a pump on it. its horrible the way it is now...

White foundation is scary ha. i might try the barry m one.... or just wear tan all the time haha .

Im afraid to mix moisturiser because of the consistency its not a liquid. i cant describe the consistency of it. the lauren luke primer was great cause it was the same consistency.

I wear MAC full coverage too.. Its too thick to mix with anything but if you apply it lightly with a damp sponge you can get a sheer coverage. Out of interest, what do you apply on top in form of powder? I find it get very shiny especially in photos even with studiofix on top of it. Lasts ages and gives you a flawless face though!
