Hi, Recently moved to Ballybrack -Church Rd.

Can someone please tell me the buses that run from Ballybrack area to City Centre?
Dublin Bus website is quite contrary and is freezing as soon as the page loads - so not too much help there!
Even better if you could tell me where the buses go from back out here too?
And to top it off if you could tell me if there is a nightlink service out this way?
    Thanks

7 and 111 do not serve ballybrack.
they go nearish to it. EDIT: actually a few 7 do serve it, but not many

45a (to Dun Laoghaire only), 7b and 7n are you options as well as a morning inbound 145 thats not timetabled

the op specifically mentioned church road and the only/closest busses to there are the very frequent 7 and the 45a which does serve ballybrack in conjunction with the dart from/to dunlaoighre

If you wait a few days the Cherrywood Luas will be up and running, its just a stones throw from the Brack, I guess DB will soon extend their bus services to compliment this line. :p

Church Road is a long road. If living at the Graduate Roundabout end it is served inbound by 7,111,45a,7b 145, no stops outbound, though there is one just off it on Churchview road.

If he's living towards the village end its served by the 45a only both directions with a 5-10 min walk for the 7, 7b and 111, down either Wyattville road or or the R118 (also called Wyattville road confusingly)

why on earth would the super intelligent folks in bus átha cliath leave such a long road and such a large area without a single bus service?

all services used to run down it. When it was being re-surfaced and rebuilt all routes were diverted down Churchview Rd. Once it was finished all the residents objected to moving it back.

Church Rd has very few people living on it, mainly large one off houses, Churchview and Watsons and Auburn and Ashlawn And Ralahine and Cooleven give a much much much bigger market.
Watsons alone has 650 houses, all in all you can probably triple that compared to about 100-200 houses of Church Rd.
