iphone4 mobile internet?

    hey i have an iphone 4 on meteor pay as you go.. i have the free texts and internet option but it keeps telling me i am not subscribed to a cellular data network? i don't know how to subscribe.. i have the options typed into the phone that i got here http://forums.meteor.ie/index.php?showtopic=1280 but still doesnt work? i am not the most technologically advanced person so any help would be great.. i dont wanna jailbreak the phone or anything either
