    Hello all,
I'm not sure if this is the right forum, if not please move.
    My questions is
Are the current quidelines in food safety being promoted by HSE/An Bord Bia/European guidelines etc destorying our immune system by making food and cooking so sterile as to not expose our bodies to some bacteria that are required to build up our antibodies to have a healthy immune system.

my personal option is yes they are.

    please discuss,

    all the best

    MrPint
