NFL betting tips this week are:

    Vikings to win @ Jets - 33/20
    Titans to win @ Cowboys - 11/4
Texans to win at home against Giants - 2/3

As ever let me know what you're thinking. I know the Jets are strong but reckon the Moss move to Vikings is a massive sign of intent. They have 4 big fixtures coming up and it's a crucial point of their season. Peterson to shine and if they double up on Moss then Harvin should have a big game.

what do you think of the Chiefs (+7) at the Colts? Odds are 10/11 and chiefs are in good form

Chiefs are certainly an improving outfit but it's a big ask to put it up to Manning in Indy. The Colts defence isn't looking too hot so far but Peyton and his attack should put up 30 odd points against the Chiefs.

If I had to pick 1 team in the h'cap I'd take Colts -7 rather than the Chiefs.

Right. What about the falcons @ browns, 8/13 for the straight win?

And i like the look of the vikings +4 at 5/6 !

The Falcons should win outright. While their offense isn't amazing or anything their D is very solid and i think Cleveland will struggle against them. I don't rate the Browns secondary and i expect it to be exploited. I think the Falcons can even do this by more than the FG handicap.

That's an almost 2/1 double that looks good to me.
I would be considering putting Cincinnati on the line too @1/3 to give a 3/1 return.
Dodgiest games of the weekend are Texan-Giants and Packers-Redskins, which could mean that the spreads are the way to go with although the spreads are tight at 3.0 and 2.5 respectively, so tread carefully!
Online the biggest tip is for the Panthers-Bears clash to go under 33 points. All the bookies are at that mark at 10/11 but it could be nervy watching!!

Respectfully disagree with this. Opponents haven't been much, but Chiefs have played excellent defence so far this season. That's where their main improvement has been made IMO. I'm not saying they'll win, but this is a different team to that of previous years which would lose this sort of game 35-31. Colts won't find it overly easy to score, even in the dome.

I quite like the falcons. Not exceptional in any 1 area but quite strong in all. Bit like an Everton in football.

They should make the playoffs this year but will come up against better teams. The Browns are improving but I would expect the falcons to have a bit too much for them. 8/13 looks a fair price and I certainly wouldn't put you off it.
