i think you can get them on either ehobbyasia or ebairsoft for about 20 quid.

sorry, but a little warning, i was goin to buy one but the reviews are fairly bad, most say that they break within a few throws

Thanks, I heard they were a bit dodgy but I am confident that they will suit what I want to use them for, I can fix most problems that I have heard about them.

Decoy

Thunder-Bs are your best bet and I know they are in stock in MIA & GoTactical. You don;t need a grenade that fires BBs as sites rules typicall stipulate that grendades are not directional so for room clearing everyone inside the room is 'hit' when a grenade of any type goes off.
