How to quit membership??

So I signed of for 12 month membership which I pay monthly with Jackie Skellys. I want to get out of the contract but dont want to get in trouble. Do I have any right to cancel my membership early?? I know that they have changed ownership and was wondering if there was some loophole in that regard? All opinions welcome:)

I have closed this thread for the time being as I am not sure whether it would be classed as seeking legal advice, which is against the posting guidelines of the forum.

The advice I would offer is to have a look at this Irish Free Legal Aid site. There is a lo call number where they seem to dispense basic advice, an so may be better able to answer you query.
