first yr law student...have to decide between taking commercial law or comparative legal systems as a module for next demester. whichever i dont pick i do in second yr anyway. my theory is if i get the most difficult one out of the way in first yr it doesnt count towards my final degree. any thoughts on which is easier/better/more interesting? help appreciated.

IMO Comparative Legal Systems would be way easier than Commercial Law. Quite subjective decision I'd imagine though.

Hi, I assume as you are a first year student you are doing contract law. There is a lot of overlap in contract and commercial, they tie in quite nicely together as you will find you will be studying some of the same topics for each of the exams eg Agency. Also I found commercial law one of the more interesting areas of law and quite easy to study.
