Was listening to newstalk. These farmers have raised a **** load of money for charity. Good cause.

The prizes look cool. Ive no use for a tractor but wouldnt mind winning one.

WTF would you want a tractor with no cab?? In our weather, or in hot climates, a disaster whichever? Cannot understand the market for big HP open cabs. OK, maybe no cab is handy for orchards etc, but what use is a high power machine with no cab - you either get dust or mud??

I live in the City, Id still love one of those tractors for the weekends for some off roading.

If you get some chains you could tow anything behind you with a big tractor.

The gates of govt buildings would come clean off.

Open cab tractors might not be as common now but they would have a been a lot more common a few decades ago. Go to any agricultural show and you will a lot of the vintage tractors had to cab. Depending on what work you are doing having no cab can be beneficial.
