Prepay internet?

Hi guys,

Anyone know if I can get free internet on my phone? This isn't including the Wifi at home that I have. I only got the phone last wekk and have wasted a good bit of credit just wondering can I do anything to get free internet?

I'm on o2 BTW

If I assume correctly, you're on o2 prepay, then you will be charged a 99c a day.

To get "free" Internet, you will need to be with one of the other 3 networks as they all contain some class of allowance for your 20€ a month.

theres no prepay addon for 02 prepay, just the 99c a day for 50mb thing but thats available to everyone

vodafone 360 is available, once ya top up 20 a month it costs 39cent per day for 100mb

There is a 5gb add-on available in /extras that can be taken out of the same 20€ you've already put on to get the free calls and texts. However, this is debatable as some say it can't be done with voice SIMs. I have succeeded in doing it once and I intend doing it again, later today. I will report back.

I have found that you only have to top up once by 20€, the last time I only put on 10€ and still enjoy the 0,39c rate.

I switched over to this plan on VF with the free any network free texts bundle. Way better than paying 99c per day for 50mb.

How do I check my data balance on vodafone? I used to press *113# on o2.

It works.
I've had no problems topping up by 20 to get free calls and texts, then use that same 20 to buy 5gb internet.

Just added the 5Gb data add-on out of my credit. Now to see if it too roams via the Live APN as has been mooted.
