Experienced Cork singer seeks rock covers band

Hi everyone, I'm a 23 year old experienced singer looking to start a band in Cork city to play rock covers with a view to gigging soon, just your standard crowd-pleasing pub-band tunes from old classics like Free's "All Right Now" up to newer chart songs by Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Leon etc. I am a capable rhythm guitarist where required also. Seeking lead guitarist, bass player, drummer and keyboard player.[/COLOR]

Hi there i have a thread up here too looking for a singer for a new coverband i am putting together at the moment.We are all 30 plus yrs with plenty of experience and own gear/transport and rehearsal space.
We are doing an audition with another very experienced vocalist/guitar player in the next week or so but if we might be open to trying you out if your interested.

We have lead guitar,drums,bass at the moment.Trying to recruit a keys player too at the moment.

Im a guitarist from donegal, and also living with a drummer from donegal in cork...

Plenty of gigging experience, both just left gigging bands up in donegal as we moved to cork for college!

Influences include CCR, the doors, KoL... blahh the list goes on but ya know yourself the usual pub songs!

Sorry all, haven't been online in a couple days, thanks a lot for the replies! As it happens, I managed to get a band together there about 6 months back, playing around Cork with the last few months (Smokin' 45 is the name for anybody interested!), hope you all find what ye're looking for!:)
