    The climate that the government creates? Would that be a climate that has a very low tax for foreign nationals,and where the banks will give you the money you want (even if they don't have it themselves really)...
    We featured ok in the majority of the questions in fairness. Strange to see the growth in Eastern countries... No surprise though that they feature well on wage costs.
