Order on Thursday, got e-mail Friday morning to say it was awaiting pickup, should I be concerned that it still hasn't arrived?

Depends on whether or not you are the worrying type.

Awaiting pick-up means pick-up from their dispatch centre. It will still take a couple of days to get to Ireland and be delivered by the courier/post service they are using here. So you will probably have in the next day or two max.

Wiggle are pretty good in terms of delivery in my experience.

Ordered a bike on a friday 2 weeks ago and it came the following week on a wednesday so you should get it anytime now. Thought it was a great service.

Chain reaction have a great service, ordered items on tuesday about 1 pm, got them next day before 11am. I was really shocked.
Just ask them for a tracking number, that should explain reason for delay.

Ive ordered quite a bit from them using their standard delivery rather than priority shipping. Generally I receive delivery (to Dublin) in around 4 working days. CRC are quicker however I think they are based north of the border

Ordered from CRC on Sunday night, still waitiing! I find both can be a bit hit and miss depending on the size/value of your order.
