Anything is possible but it's not going to be economically viable, i.e. would cost more than the car is worth.

Possible, but messy. Better if you could swap or trade it for a Toyota

Starlet 94 an 95 models onwards came with power steering plus air con on

    a jap import models.

you don't seem to understand, putting power steering could cost the guts of 1000e, or basically more than the car is worth

sell the car and buy another WITH p/s standard is your best bet

It would not be worth doing, sell it and get a car with power steering. Job would likely cost 500-1000 to do and success afterwards might be limited if the job is bogey.
