Wondering can anyone help me here - looking for a few rolls of 2'6" Vermin wire (might also be called fox wire). It looks like sheep wire but has smaller eyes on the bottom. 50m rolls green.

I have a fencing job half done and my local supplier has ran out and doesnt know when he'll have more, I can get it in std. galv finish but finding it difficult to get in green.

Any help appreciated, I travel the West coast regularly so anywhere between Leitrim and Cork will do.
    Thanks

All sheep wire I have ever seen is smaller in the bottom, same as sheep gates have smaller spacings. It should be handy enough get it though in most hardwares. Is it Tinsley wire?

Keanes of Maam would be a place to price it, out in Connemara so it may be out of your way.

There's ordinary net wire that'll stop sheep and then there's stuff with I think up to 7 or so squares vertically that's supposed to stop lambs and foxes too.

I'm not convinced it stops foxes to be honest.

The type I'm talking about has Extra small spaces in the bottom and is 2'6" high which I think is not available in standard sheep wire.
Forgot to check the manufacturer of course when erecting the first of it.

Tinsley is more then likely the green coated stuff. You can get another brand (don't know it's name) that's very dark grey I suppose, cheaper and doesn't look as good to me.
