Aidan O Brien was supposed to have a runner in the novice hurdle at Tipperary yesterday with Colm O Donoghue up. It was short odds favourite in the forecasted betting in some of the papers. Anyone know his name - he didn't run so must have been pulled out before the f.d.

Are you thinking of the Terence O'Brien's horse that was second? It was 3/1 favourite called Ballyadam Brook

No it wasn't. I backed him last time out in Listowel actually. I must dig out the paper when I'm at home tonight, it must have been a misprint or a horse from another race stuck in the novice hurdle by accident.

Mistakes can be made all right. ATR had Dick Turpin in the colours of Mrs. Magnier on their cards for the Foret. I had to make sure he wasn't sold to Coolmore when I saw it, however unlikely it seemed at first.

It was Park Avenue, he was included twice once for that novice hurdle and again for a 7f maiden in Dundalk which he won. Incidentally enough he was 2nd tonight in Dundalk again.

    Park Avenue is a 2-Y-O .

It must of been a missprint in the paper I'd say.
