    Hi There,

Do I have to pay tax on the sale of my late husbands company if the sale wasn't included in probate?

    Cheers,

    Hi ladymuc,
How were the shares of the company not included in probate?
    Are you sure?

    Hi,

Some of the shares were included, but others were released when rest of company was sold and this was after the probate.

I think you need proper legal and tax advice. There are too many unanswered questions and what you are saying doesn't really make sense.
