    Yes, but even in pounds, it's never that much

    I recently saw a copy of Fifa 10 on the PS3 on sale for £0.99p beside a copy of Fifa 11 for the same system at £45 - in 12 months if a game can depreciate in value so much that it actually costs a store money to stock it, and therefore there is zero profit to be made from it, then there is something seriously wrong

    Sports games, in particular Fifa are released every year and lose value a lot more, so they're not a good example.

    Mario Galaxy is still about €30 to buy as is MW2.
