Best advice I can give is
    1. I have no idea what charger you're using but strongly recommend you get a good quality balance charger such as the iMax B6. You won't regret it
    2. Buy quality batteries from brand names that have a track record of producing quality LiPos
    3. Use a baking tray or ceramic plant pot when charging Lipos, just in case there's an issue
    4. Never, ever leave a LiPo to charge on its own, always stay with the battery/charger when charging
    5. Repeat #4 until you have finished charging all your LiPos
