Has anyone used this? I am thinking of getting it for my elderly mum but not unless it is cast iron reliable - both the delivery and the payment arrangements so any feedback would be appreciated. ta

My mam get's it every year for her Dad as a Christmas present, I know she pays the whole lot up front €500 odd. My Granddad says its delivered about 4 in the morning Mon-Sat.
