I am a year out of my broken engagement and I am having trouble moving on...even tonight I was crying over it thinking about how I still love my ex...

I have no interest in meeting someone else or dating.

I have great friends and have been socialising most weekends since the breakup but I cant seem to move on....my heart just wont let me I dont want to feel like this

I'm not sure there is anything you can do bar come to terms with the break up in whatever way you need to, whether that be a diary or talking to friends or attending a counsellor and taking as long as you need to disengage and move on.

It's good you are out and about at weekends, would you look at joining new clubs and interest groups? It's a good way of drawling a line under one part of your life and opening a new chapter and of course there are no reminders of your old life.

    Best of luck.
